COSHH Testing and Reports

What is COSHH Testing?

"Using chemicals or other hazardous substances at work can put people’s health at risk. So the law requires employers to control exposure to hazardous substances to prevent ill health. They have to protect both employees and others who may be exposed by complying with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH)."
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE)

In order for a company dealing with Hazardous substances, to be in compliance of the COSHH regulations it must follow 8 basic measures:

    1.  Assessed the risk.
    2.  Decided what precautions are necessary.
    3.  Prevent or adequately control exposure.
    4.  Ensure control measures are used and maintained properly.
    5.  Monitor Exposure.
    6.  Carry Out appropriate surveillance.
    7.  Prepare plans and procedures to deal with accidents and emergencies.
    8.  Ensure employees are properly informed, trained and supervised.

The Isaac team are specialists in their field and as a result can help your company meet the above steps, providing the appropriate testing on your current equipment (Guaranteeing that anything we install will past the test), and helping you correct anything that fails.
